Italianelles ( stuffed peppers, the thin light green ones ) two ways. One with my Noni's meatball mixture, the other with a delicious bread stuffing, tomato sauce with Ned's Pasta and for desert - Panecotta with a very berry coulis.
Each evening includes a lesson, recipes, and food and wine tasting!
